Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Process:

Customers can cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account on the okstartups website and following the cancellation instructions provided. Alternatively, customers may contact our customer support team at connect@okstartups.com for assistance in cancelling their subscription.

2. Refund Policy:

a. Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription fees. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and customers will not be charged for subsequent months.

b. Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscription fees are non-refundable. However, customers cancelling an annual subscription will continue to have access to the service until the end of the prepaid subscription period.

3. Prorated Refunds:

We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription term.

4. Auto-Renewal:

All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. Customers who wish to opt-out of auto-renewal must cancel their subscription before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next billing cycle.

5. Changes to Subscription Plans:

Customers may change their subscription plan at any time. If the new plan has a different pricing structure, the customer will be billed or refunded the difference accordingly.

6. Communication of Changes:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate subscription plans and cancellation policies at any time. Customers will be notified in advance of any changes through email to the address on file or by prominently displaying the information on the okstartups website.
